Business After Hours generally attracts more than 100 attendees each month and provides an excellent opportunity for members to network in a casual environment. Each Business After Hours is from 5:30PM-7:00PM and includes opportunities to win door prizes.

Annual Dinner

Plans are underway for the 2012 Annual Business Dinner which  is the Chamber’s premier social event of the year and includes the popular silent auction and awards ceremony. This event provides an opportunity for guests and sponsors to network with other members, learn about Chamber successes from the previous year, and celebrate achievements of member businesses.

Bedford Area Business Expo

This annual trade show provides a unique opportunity for businesses in the community to network and engage the general public. Each year, the Expo includes several features to help draw attendance from the community. The "Taste of Bedford" is an evening networking opportunity that involves area restaurants, caterers and wineries participating to promote Bedford's business community.

The 2012 Expo will be on September 27th, location TBA.  Take advantage of Early Bird discounts by reserving a booth today!

Beach Bash Sip-n-Shag

This annual community event has something for everyone. Held in late August, the Beach Bash is a great way to enjoy those last long days in the summer sun and is the only festival of its kind held on the shores of Smith Mountain Lake! This event features a wine, microbrewed beer, music performances from "Buffet style" bands, plenty of room for dancing, great food, and FUN!  Mark your calendar for the 2012 Beach Bash which will be held on August 25th!

Chamber Day at the Capitol

Interested in the Virginia laws being made that could affect your business? Join a delegation traveling to Richmond on January 25th to speak directly to our legislators about what's going on during the current General Assembly. BACC Educational Classic Golf Tournament

Help support education in Bedford! The 2011 tournament was held on October 18th at Boonsboro Country Club and benefited BACC's workforce development programs with Bedford County Public Schools. Team and individual registrations are available so players can enjoy a VIP treatment that this members-only course can provide! Don't play? Not to worry, there are many ways to support our youth's education experience!
