Pre-registration is required. 434 582-6170 Saturday, March 13th:The Bedford Genealogical Society's meeting, held at the Bedford Public Library will feature Ed Tinsley, retired Virginia State Trooper who will speak on Hurricane Camille. Camille hit VA in August, 1969 and dumped 31 inches of rain in a few hours. He was involved in the evacuation, rescue, and recovery of residents.
