"Balance your Mind, Body and Spirit"

On Tuesday, June 15th, our Chamber was pleased to support Diana and Ken Harbour with a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting ceremony for their new business, BLUECRANE ACUPUNCTURE located in Forest at 18478 Forest Road.  Some Americans have never been exposed to the healing power of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.  Natural and holistic in its approach, acupuncture is one of the world's most widely practiced and proven medicines.  Diana and Ken will tell you it is an excellent "preventive" for those looking for maximum health and well-being and it excels in treating chronic illnesses.

Diana and Ken are both licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine and the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, and together, they have many years of experience working in the allied health field. They have pursued and implemented medical assistance projects in several countries in Asia through the non-profit organization they founded www globalgifts.org. The opening of BlueCrane Acupuncture in the Lynchburg/Bedford area to offer Classical Chinese Medicine is the culmination of six years of planning.

A big Chamber salute to our members who came out to support the event:  Katie Schoolcraft and Samantha Spruill, ESI Account Executives; Bill Moss, Xango; Ernest & Peggy Evans, Beauti-Control; Robin Caughey, New London Massage Therapy; Doug Harrington, Premier Limousine; Chamber Board Member Jim Burns, Andrew Wireless; Doug John, Pints o' Plenty.  Diana and Ken are pictured at center with scissors.  Their daughter and son-in-law were also in attendance.
