Fat Daddy's Barbeque - Open for Business
Fat Daddy's Barbeque - Open for Business

On Wednesday, July 14th, the Chamber was pleased to hold a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Bedford's newest eatery.  Located at 1057 Hull Street in Bedford (across from WalMart on 460), Fat Daddy's features BBQ brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and chicken, along with a wide variety of tasty side dishes that includes cole slaw, green beans, mac & cheese, baked beans, and potato salad.  Miniature corn muffins round out the menu.  All are speciality recipes prepared on site.

Owner Keith Burnette stated, "I've spent the last twenty years in the construction business.  But the food business has always been my first interest and now I think it's time to do what I've always wanted to do."

Keith offers four different sauces for his BBQ, so everyone can have it "just the way they want it."  After a long day's work, why not stop by and pick up dinner for the entire family?  Lunch is also a choice you will want to make.  There's space available for a small group inside, or you can enjoy your BBQ in the cool shade of Keith's front porch.  Fat Daddy's also offers catering services and will be happy to help you with your next event.  For more information, call them at (540) 586-5081
