Schools & College

An excellent public school system operated by Bedford County Public Schools provides education to area school children grades K-12. Special programs for academically gifted and handicapped students are available. Other programs include: career and technical education at the Bedford Center of Science and Technology, participation in area Governor's Math, Science, and Technology schools, advanced placement courses, dual enrollment courses, and early college program.
