11th Annual Job Fair

Join the Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce on March 15 from 10:30AM-1:30PM at Timberlake Christian School for our 11th Annual Job Fair. This regional hiring event strives to assist in developing a healthy workforce by offering a way for job seekers and actively hiring employers to connect face-to-face.

Employers will be accepting resumes and conducting interviews, and some will be hiring on the spot. Full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions in a variety of industries will be offered.

In-person hiring events are excellent for ascertaining the values, expectations, benefits, and workplace culture of a potential employer -- everything a digital application prevents you from doing. We encourage people of all ages, backgrounds, and levels of experience to join us!

Going to have your kiddos with you that day? No worries! The Bedford County Department of Social Services is happy to watch your kiddos at the job fair while you talk to employers.

Information for Employers!

Exhibitors will be provided with a booth space and will be able to list their open positions in an online job directory that will continue to be available after the Job Fair.

Jersey Mike's will be catering; lunch will be provided for two representatives per booth and vegetarian options will be available.

Booth spaces will be 10x10 feet. Exhibitors should plan to bring their own table, chairs, and any other materials they may need for their booth. If an exhibitor is not able to provide their own table, the BACC is able to assist -- please email Foster at marketing@baccva.org to coordinate no later than Wednesday, March 12. We ask that exhibitors consider bringing a door prize item, as well.

Exhibitors will also have the opportunity to:

Recruit quality candidates for their organization
Network with other exhibitors and business professionals
Spread awareness about their products and services
Ask workforce and social service organizations relevant questions

The Bedford County Office of Economic Development will be bringing Bedford County Public Schools seniors seeking employment after graduation to the 11th Annual Job Fair via a Bedford ONE tour. Employers will be able to recruit students and speak with them about their career goals! The students will also attend soft skill workshops at the event.

No refunds will be given.

Directions: Turn onto Locksley Place off of Waterlick Road. Turn right onto Holly Place and continue to the stop sign. The venue will be directly across from you.
